Larive Romania was established in 1994 as part of LARIVE Group, a network of more than 30 partner organizations around the world. Larive is providing consulting services for business development, concentrating its activities in the Central & Eastern-European regions and in Asian-Pacific area.

Larive presence in Romania dates back in 1991, when the first consulting projects were started in cooperation with a local consulting company. To facilitate the business growth, LARIVE decided in 1994 to establish a separate company, Larive Romania.

The mission of LARIVE Romania is to provide professional consulting services (pre and post investment advisory services and management support, marketing research, headhunting, etc.) for international and local clients. LARIVE Romania assists clients to build long lasting projects and relationships and to develop optimal partnership structure.

The profile of Larive's clients is diverse, covering a wide range of industries and types of activities. The majority of the clients are represented by medium-sized or large international companies seeking to build or develop a business in Romania and by Romanian companies trying to develop, sell, spin-off, or finance their activity.
